I just finished watching this TED video where Seth Godin is discussing TRIBES and how to lead a change, create a new product or even lead a revolution. Seth says is that we have to find something worth changing and create a tribe- that doesn't have to be millions of people, it might only be a thousand - align them and then walla, you have a movement that can change the world.
