The passing of an asteroid and the planet getting struck by a meteor, all on the same day, is no accident. Allow me to explain my theory.
I am referring to the article posted on CNN.com:
A meteor and asteroid: 1 in 100 million odds
A meteor and asteroid: 1 in 100 million odds
Lets assume that the professor's math and reasoning are sound, and therefore the probability of these two events occurring at the same time is highly improbable, what we might call accidental. However, in a universe that is comprised of laws, I don't believe there are any accidents. What we perceive as an accident is merely a phenomenon that we do not yet fully understand because we are not seeing the full picture of cause and effect. Applying Occams Razor, the most simplistic explanation is most likely the most accurate, what could be the common cause of two particles being attracted to the planet on the same day?
Consider for a moment, another series of events. In 2011, we had:
- 1 in a 100 year earthquakes
- 1 in a 100 year fires, floods, tsunamis, droughts and tornadoes.
So 100 x 100 five times (or 1 x 10 to the 10th), which if we excuse the details...
Is over 1 in 1,000,000,000 chances of all these events happening in the same year.
These events happened. We can debate the fact that the floods in the northeast weren't connected to the fires in Texas, or the earthquake in Virginia, or Japan. We can debate that the tsunami was directly related to the earthquake, true, but the magnitude of damage is another story. We can debate that the tornadoes were not related to any of them.
My point is this--the physical particles are unrelated--be they the separate meteor and asteroid--or air, fire, wind and water, however it is not what is seen that is causing the simultaneous events, it is the unseen.
The simplest explanation is that there is an unseen, common force that caused these natural disasters and perhaps it's that same unseen force that caused the extraterrestrial attraction. As our planet is one giant magnet and our sun is undergoing massive changes, it is my humble opinion that these events--both asteroids and natural disasters--are related by cosmological forces that we, as of yet, do not fully understand.
Now if we combine these events with other phenomenon--the earths polar shift, the Yellowstone Super Caldera rising, and the galactic progression--a bigger picture comes to light. We have evidence that is quite clear, that the planet has shifted on it's axis and that we're experiencing a rapid shift in the north pole. We also know that a polar shift occurs once every 700,000 years (+/-) and Yellowstone erupts every 700,000 years (+/-).

In the big view of phenomenon, there are great electro-magnetic phenomenon that appear to occur over long cycles, and we are in the midst of one. There is no question these occur. How bad it gets, or how fast it happens are the unanswered questions.
